Why Change?

Why a new Hardy School site? Over five years ago, Aimee and Brett Miller created the HardySchool.com website – including the classroom links and teacher websites. Amazing! Several years ago, Sarah Evans and Bruce Macindoe volunteered to build out the PTO sections. We are all parent volunteers.

By rolling the school site into the district website, parents can one-stop shop for academic, district and lunch menus! With Hardy School incorporated into the district sites, teachers and staff can take advantage of IT support and assistance.

By separating the PTO from the school site, the PTO can include more parent volunteers to help with communications, be more flexible with event planning  and provide better engagement with the parent community.  This is a great move forward for our community!

Our community’s gratitude goes out to the many devoted volunteers who worked hard to set up, maintain,  improve, update and transform the school’s evolving website network over the years, right up to today!
